Carlos González Cruchaga

Carlos González Cruchaga (June 8, 1921 – September 21, 2008) was a Chilean Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church.

Cruchaga was born in Santiago, Chile, and ordained a priest on September 23, 1944. Cruchaga was appointed bishop of the Diocese of Talca on January 4, 1967 and ordained a bishop May 7, 1967. Cruchaga remained bishop of the Diocese of Talca until his retirement on December 12, 1996.

Juan Carlos González Zamora

Juan Carlos González Zamora (born June 24, 1968) is a FIDE chess Grandmaster from Mexico (he born in Cuba but has Mexican citizenship). As of April 2008, he is one of only 4 Mexican FIDE grand masters, with a FIDE rating of 2544, placing him second in Mexico after Gilberto Hernández Guerrero. In the July 2008 FIDE rating list he has 2559 points (above Gilberto Hernández Guerrero).

He has won plenty of tournaments in Mexico and have a few participations in international tournaments. Have been Mexican chess champions several times.

Ignacio Carlos González

Ignacio Carlos González (born 17 December 1971 in Sarandí) is a retired Argentine football goalkeeper who played in Argentina Spain, Mexico and Chile.

In 1997 he joined Newell's Old Boys of Rosario and in 1998 he moved to Spain to join UD Las Palmas.

González had a spell in Mexico with Pachuca between 1999 and 2000. He was part of the squad that won the Invierno 1999 tournament. He returned to Las Palmas where he played between 2000 and 2002.

In 2005 González was part of the Unión Española team that won the Apertura 2005 championship. he returned to Argentina in 2006 where he played 6 games for his local club; Arsenal de Sarandí.

Juan Carlos González Ortiz (born 22 August 1924) is a former Uruguayan footballer, who played for CA Peñarol.

For the Uruguay national football team, he was part of the 1950 FIFA World Cup winning team, and he played in two matches in the tournament.

Carlos González (boxer)

Carlos González Ferrer (born June 15, 1972), was a boxer from Xochimilco, Mexico, and a former WBO world junior welterweight champion.

Julio began boxing professionally in 1988, and captured the WBO Light Welterweight Title with a TKO victory over Jimmy Paul in 1992. He defended the title three times before losing it to Zack Padilla in 1993. He captured the title again in 1998 with a TKO win over Giovanni Parisi. He lost the belt in his first defense to Randall Bailey by KO in the first round. He retired in 2005 after being TKO'd by Felix Flores.
